These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and x111me ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the x111me website located at https://x111me.cam and all associated services, products, games, and content offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, participating in any game, or otherwise using the Services in any manner, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close any account you may have opened.

x111me operates under applicable international licensing where noted. The Platform does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users are solely responsible for determining the legality of gambling in their jurisdiction before accessing the Services.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the x111me Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, denominated in the currency displayed (including PKR where applicable).
• "Bet" / "Wager" means a financial stake placed by a User on the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, or any other eligible gaming market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to an Account subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the Platform in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan, used for display purposes on the Platform where selected.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, content, tools and features made available through the x111me Platform.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the x111me Platform.

Use of the x111me Platform and registration of an Account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Age will be verified through the KYC process. Providing false information to bypass age restrictions is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your location. In particular, Pakistani users are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 places restrictions on gambling activities in Pakistan. x111me makes no representation regarding the lawfulness of use in Pakistan or any specific jurisdiction.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any sanctions, asset freezes or regulatory restrictions that would prohibit your participation.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not have previously been excluded, suspended or had an Account terminated by x111me for breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

x111me reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Each User may hold only one Account on the x111me Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account details and must notify x111me promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. x111me strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. x111me will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact x111me support immediately at [email protected].

x111me is required to verify the identity and age of its users in accordance with applicable AML regulations and responsible gambling obligations. You may be required to complete KYC verification at registration, before your first withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit or activity thresholds, or at any time x111me reasonably deems verification necessary.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani users, this typically means a current CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid Pakistani passport.
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement, generally within the last three months).
• A selfie or liveness check confirming that the submitted identity document belongs to you.
• Documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.

You must not alter, crop, obscure, falsify or in any way tamper with any document submitted for KYC purposes. Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification flow. Sending sensitive identity documents via unsecured channels including unencrypted email or third-party messaging applications is strongly discouraged.

x111me reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict Account functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Deposits to your x111me Account must be made using payment methods available in the Platform's live cashier at the time of the transaction. Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, and any applicable processing fees are subject to change and will be displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

x111me references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant transfer systems such as Raast, and major bank transfers including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for informational context only. x111me does not represent that any of these providers endorse, support or permit gambling-related transactions. Users must verify the rules of their chosen payment provider independently.

All funds deposited into your Account must be from a payment source that belongs to you. The use of third-party payment methods is not permitted. x111me reserves the right to return deposits and suspend an Account where the source of funds cannot be verified.

PKR currency display is provided for user convenience. Actual settlement and processing may involve currency conversion in accordance with the operator's current exchange rates, which will be disclosed in the cashier.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to operator policy and provider availability.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as shown in the live cashier at the time of request.
• Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before those funds become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion's terms.
• Processing times vary depending on the method selected and are subject to operator and payment provider timelines. x111me does not guarantee specific processing durations and makes no representation regarding provider-side processing times.
• x111me reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where unusual activity, large amounts or inconsistencies in account information are detected.

From time to time, x111me may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, referral credits, birthday rewards or other incentive schemes to eligible users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is presented.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. x111me reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Funds are credited subject to wagering requirements. You must wager the qualifying amount before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• x111me reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or abuse of promotional terms will be voided and the associated Account may be closed.

PKR amounts shown in promotional materials (for example, illustrative referral credits or birthday reward tiers) are examples only and do not constitute guaranteed offers unless presented as live promotions with confirmed terms.

By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on x111me, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. x111me does not accept requests to cancel, modify or reverse a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the result as determined by x111me's official records and relevant data providers will be conclusive.
• x111me reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds resulting from a manifest error, a technical error, or circumstances outside the normal operation of the market.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary. Current limits are shown at the point of placing each bet.
• x111me may restrict or close markets at any time in response to match-fixing alerts, irregular betting patterns or other circumstances that compromise market integrity.
• Game outcomes in casino products are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). x111me does not manipulate game outcomes.

For cricket betting — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, Pakistan national team matches and other cricket markets — match results are settled according to the official governing body's results. In the event of match abandonment, rain interruption or other exceptional circumstances, specific market settlement rules as published in the Platform's betting rules documentation will apply.

x111me is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to help users manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the amount they are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure reminders that alert them when they have been actively gambling for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may apply for self-exclusion, which suspends Account access for a defined minimum period. During self-exclusion, the user will not receive marketing communications and may not access their Account.

Gambling on x111me is strictly limited to adults aged 18 and above, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction. KYC verification is used to enforce this requirement. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x111me Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account per individual person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, access data, or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, chip dumping or any form of manipulation of betting markets or casino games.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical malfunctions in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or reported error will be voided.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers through systematic exploitation, including through multiple accounts, coordinated play or any scheme designed to extract value contrary to the spirit of the offer.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing x111me support staff or other users.

x111me reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A User has provided false or fraudulent information.
• A User is engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Clause 11.
• A User's activity poses a financial, reputational, legal or security risk to x111me or other users.
• A User has been identified through KYC review as ineligible to hold an Account.

Upon closure of an Account for cause, any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the User by the most appropriate available method, subject to completed KYC and any applicable AML holds.

A User may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting x111me support. Any outstanding wagers at the time of voluntary closure will be settled according to standard rules, after which the remaining balance will be returned.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x111me shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
• Interruption, delay or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Losses arising from your decision to use the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so may be restricted.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. x111me makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds data, or the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose.

All content on the x111me Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the property of x111me or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation from x111me.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction as set out in the operator's official licensing documentation. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Pakistani users are reminded that this choice of governing law does not override applicable mandatory laws in Pakistan. Nothing in this clause constitutes legal advice, and users should seek independent legal counsel regarding the enforceability of these Terms in their jurisdiction.

x111me reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, notice will be provided through the Platform (for example, via a notification upon next login or a prominent banner on the homepage). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 12.
